Slitting machine

Slitting machine is a large roll of paper, film, non-woven fabric, aluminum foil, mica tape and other thin materials into different width of small rolls of pre-press, post-press equipment, often used in papermaking machinery and printing and packaging machinery.  

In the past, the speed of magnetic powder clutch of scutters can not be high, because it is easy to cause high-speed friction of magnetic powder during operation, produce high temperature, shorten its life, and when it is serious, it will be stuck, so that the machine is blocked, bringing very serious consequences to the production.  

Seriously affect the production efficiency.  At present, double frequency conversion motor is used to control the magnetic particle friction at a certain value when the diameter of the winding material becomes larger.  You don't get high temperatures.  

The traditional control scheme of slitter machine is to use a large motor to drive the reel reel, and add a magnetic powder clutch on the reel, by adjusting the current of the magnetic powder clutch to control its resistance, in order to control the tension of the material surface.  Magnetic powder clutch and brake is a special automatic actuator, it is through filling in the working gap magnetic powder transfer torque, change the magnetic current can change the magnetic state of magnetic powder, and then adjust the torque transfer.  It can be used for stepless speed regulation from zero to synchronous speed, suitable for high-speed fine tuning and medium and small power speed regulation system.  It is also used for uncoiling or rewinding tension control system that adjusts the torque by adjusting the current to ensure that the tension remains constant during the winding process.
